Our warranty is written down, tied to the system we install, and explained before you sign.

Warranties depend on following the care guide. Full terms are on your warranty certificate. Read the warranty details.
What keeps the warranty valid
- Follow the TechShield Care Guide you receive at completion. Following it is a condition of the warranty.
- Report any issue promptly, within 30 days of first noticing it, with your certificate number and clear photos.
- Repairs or recoats by anyone other than TechShield are not covered.
What is not covered
- Damage from dragging heavy equipment or metal-edged objects without protection
- Standing water, pressure washing misuse, or moisture intrusion from below the slab that was not disclosed or testable at installation
- Normal wear, gloss reduction, or minor color fade in high-traffic areas
- Epoxy used outdoors, which is not warrantied because of UV degradation
Transferability
The warranty is issued to the original customer at the installation address and is not transferable to a later owner unless TechShield approves it in writing.
