Garage floor questions
How much does a garage epoxy floor cost?
We price every floor after we see it, because slab condition drives the number more than square footage does. Four things move it: the size of the floor, how much crack and joint repair the slab needs, which system you choose, and whether the slab needs moisture mitigation. You get a written price before any work starts. See our pricing page for typical ranges.
How much do outdoor floor coatings cost?
Outdoor work prices differently from a garage because it needs a moisture vapor barrier, a double flake broadcast and a UV-stable topcoat, and it takes two days instead of one. We quote after measuring the area and checking drainage.
How long does installation take?
A typical garage of about 400 sq ft takes one day. An outdoor area of about 400 sq ft takes two days.
Why do garage floor coatings peel?
Most failures come from poor surface prep or moisture coming through the slab. We mechanically prepare every floor, by diamond grinding or shot blasting, repair cracks and joints, and assess moisture before we coat.
Can you coat old, cracked, or oil-stained concrete?
In most cases, yes, after mechanical prep and repair. Old paint and sealers have to be removed so the new system bonds to bare concrete. Severe damage is assessed on site.
Built to last

Chemical resistance
Oil, gasoline, brake fluid and road salt wipe up instead of soaking in.

UV stable — does not yellow
Polyaspartic topcoats hold their color in Texas sun, where epoxy would amber.

Chip resistance
Bonded into a mechanically profiled slab, so a dropped wrench does not pop it loose.

Scratch resistance
A hard clear topcoat takes foot traffic, pets and rolling tool chests.
